Jewelry Care
Can I return earrings?
Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
What materials are Altiche jewelrry made of?
Our pieces of jewelry are mainly made of high-quality copper alloy and plated with 18K Carats gold. We offer Zircon stones, Natural Chinese Jade stones, Moissainaite and Agate stones. Please check each product page specifications for accurate details.
How are my jewelry packaged?
We package each piece of jewelry with its very own box which includes satin cloth. It is sent in a brown parcel box.
How long will my Jewelrry last?
The longevity of our jewelry will vary from person to person. However, our jewelry is guaranteed to last a very long time following our care instructions. Please read our blog here for a detailed guide on how to take care of your jewelry.
Shipping and deliveries
Do you ship worldwide?
As we have only recently launched our store, we currently only ship locally (United Kingdom). Please subscribe to our newsletter to get notified for when we allow worldwide shipment!
How do I track my parcel?
All tracking numbers will automatically be sent to your registered email once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your email for tracking information or email us at hello@altiche.com for further assistance.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, where is my parcel?
We're sorry for the delays in receiving your parcel. Delays may in some occasions due to public bank holidays (we do not operate during UK bank holidays) or Covid-19 restrictions. Please check in with our team hello@altiche.com for any further assistance.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We're happy to help you with your order! If you decided to change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible or within 24 hours and we'll process a refund for you. Unfortunately, any parcels that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. For further information, please see our shipping policy here for further details.
Can I return my order?
We allow a 14 days return policy with the exception of earrings due to sanitary reasons. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received to be eligible for a full refund. Currently, we do not cover or reimburse any return shipping fees.
